Wagner Brewing had a specific challenge managing our kegs. WineryConnect worked with us to design a simple online and mobile app to track distributors, manifests, and kegs. WineryConnect introduced us to Metalcraft to help us tag our kegs with barcodes that won't come off, and finally built the app to our specifications and even advised us on what barcode scanners to get. WineryConnect provided a complete solution at a very reasonable price.

WineryConnect was brought to our attention by the team from our on-line wine store and wine club platform, TrueCommerce Nexternal. We greatly needed integration between our on-line presence, our wine store, and our restaurant POS. We needed a POS system in our business that could handle our specific needs of financial reporting, make our restaurant ordering seamless, and handle our wine store inventory controls. Like all wine businesses, ours is unique and comes with a unique set of challenges. Our online wine sales, wine clubs, tasting room and wine store operations, and our full-service restaurant – all under one roof – made operations and reporting a nightmare until the Grape Squad came to the rescue and integrated our systems. Winery Connect brought all the disparate aspects of our business together and automated a “data roof” that ultimately makes all the tedious work much easier so we can focus on growing our business and have time to build stronger relationships with our customers. Since 2014 WineryConnect has supported Hazlitt across multiple locations and various business operations. The Grape Squad has helped both Hazlitt and Red Cat Cellars from putting together custom support for the Hazlitt annual Case Club party to helping deploy mobile networking at festivals and working with accounting to understand how to most easily look at festival data from across the country.
