The WineryConnect Total Care Plan (TCP) is a fixed monthly price service centered around a core suite of IT Operations solutions and services. In addition, we offer seasoned Professional Services, as well as a range of winery Commerce solutions we are expert in.
Total Care Plan Evaluation
The starting point is a TCP Evaluation. The TCP Evaluation is simply a set of in-depth discussions, between Sam Weiner, our Founder and vCIO, and key stakeholders in your winery. A couple highest level business/technology conversations are followed by formal Architecture, Service, and Risk assessments, leading to a Strategy Review.
